- Biography
Milwaukee native Elizabeth Ridley is the author of four published novels, most recently DEAR MR. CARSON, published by The Permanent Press in 2006 and THE REMARKABLE JOURNEY OF MISS TRANBY QUIRKE, originally published in England in 1996 and published for the first time in the U.S. in 2009. Last year she received a Literary Artist Fellowship from the Wisconsin Arts Board. She runs a freelance writing, critiquing, and editing business called "The Writer's Midwife" and she's a proud mom to two cats, Claudius and Calpurnia.
