Biography: Veteran classroom teacher of preK-12 (sans grades 1 & 2) in virtually all academic areas. Longest tenure in English Lit and Language Arts for gifted middle schoolers and serving as Creative Writing Director at arts magnet school. Recently tutoring MPS students through SES vendor and am returning faculty with Center for Talent Development (alternative spring break programs and intensive summer courses for gifted middle and HS students at Northwestern & Johns Hopkins Universities). Writing interests: edgy YA, speculative and middle grades ficton; performance poetry; oral storytelling.
