Fyi: What exactly is Eco-Running all about? Well, it's my own philanthropic initiative that combines running and outdoor fitness activities with environmental sustainability. Or, as Wikipedia loosely defines: Eco-Running is the variation of recreational running in which the participant collects the litter that is found along the path travelled. Run (or participate in whatever exercise you choose) and pick up the trash you see along the way.
