Writing Fantasy and Science Fiction

Fantasy and science fiction writing brings with it a range of unique challenges. These can include the development of entirely new societies, magic, fundamental changes in society, and more. In this session I would like to present a few key principles for writing in this genre, lay out some of the stumbling blocks people can encounter, and then open the discussion up for a broader dialogue with anyone else who is interested.
