As we get closer to the date of WriteCamp, we're looking to finish up procuring some of the items that we'd like to have at the event. If you're interested in donating to WriteCamp in some small way, please consider purchasing these items, You can have them shipped to the following address, or bring them the day of. Volunteer Needs -
We also have a list of Volunteer Needs for June 4th. If you are interested in taking some time to help us in one of the following ways, please send me an email expressing which need you would like to sign up for. Because WriteCamp sessions are scheduled the day of the event, you will likely not know what time your favorite sessions are going to be. So, if you sign up for a time block but it turns out a session you wanted to go to is happening at the same time, we will definitely work with you to make sure you don't miss anything. Email

Session Room Assistance: Email
Assist with smooth session room changes, including making sure there are enough chairs in each room and helping with possible room swaps if session attendance outgrows the assigned room. This will be needed periodically throughout the day during session block rotations.
End of Day Clean Up: Email
Mercy Hill and the Hide House have been very gracious hosts of WriteCamp since the very first year - and this year, we're very thankful for the expanded space offered by Telcom Data. Our goal is to always leave this beautiful space cleaner than we found it.
