Volunteer Opportunities

WriteCamp needs YOU!

Wondering how you can pitch in? The WriteCamp team is always in need of extra helping hands, feet and minds!

WriteCamp simply isn't possible without support from our wonderful volunteer team. In addition to the satisfaction of knowing that you're an important part of an awesome event, you will earn our undying appreciation. (Seriously, we're going to thank you until you tell us to shut up.)

We will work around your schedule. This is a completely no pressure opportunity.

If you have just a few hours, or wish to volunteer for the entire conference, please email our Volunteer Coordinator jen.lyons [at] gmail [dot com] and we'll find something for you to do, such as:

• Frequent Flier Saturdays
• Be an official WriteCamp Rep at other events around town
• Greeting/Sign In Table
• Morning Setup
• Pancake Breakfast/Coffee Setup and Serve
• Lunch Pickup
• Lunch Setup and Serve
• Session Room Assistance
• End of Day Cleanup

Wish List

As we get closer to WriteCamp, we're looking to procure some additional items for the event. If you're interested in donating to WriteCamp (in any small way), please consider purchasing these items. WriteCamp is a completely free event and we work with a limited budget. So your generous donation would really help us out! Just bring your donation right to WriteCamp!
