I would like to do the same sessions as last year. A discussion on writing about multiracial characters in fiction and also a session about fan fiction writing.

I would love a session on fan fiction. It seems to be writing's ugly stepchild - although, after reading some of what is offered online, I can see why. I would like to know if there are quality websites available to post, or is it all "mixed bag", both decent and, um, unremarkable?
Playing with others' characters is fun, and if the original authors don't mind, why should anyone else? Fascinating topic!

I would love to see a session on erotic. At writecamp2, someone mentioned doing a session on the topic, but it didn't materialize. Is that presenter around and willing to lead a session this year?
I'd like to deliver a session for teachers --all grades, all subjects, and even teachers who aren't keen on their own writing--on how to utilize writing exercises in the classrooms to teach teamwork, self-reflection, problem solving, and all that good stuff. Oh yeah, and literacy, too :)

I would be very interested in attending this session. As a literacy tutor for adults as well as a hopeful future English teacher / professor this session is very intriguing to me. Hope to attend, thanks!

I'd like to learn how to Just Write and stop being so caught up in the process. I write well, but getting anything down on the page is like pulling teeth.

I'd love to see a session on NaNoWriMo and maybe even Script Frenzy. I tried NaNo for 3 years (I think) and finally won last year! I was going to try Script Frenzy again this year, but my Dad was very ill. I'm very very glad I didn't attempt it because he ended up passing away on the 13th. :'( Clearly I was distracted. Maybe next year will be better.
I agree - NaNo rocks! If you would like to see a session on NaNo, you can always propose the session yourself on the Sessions page. You're not required to host the sessions you propose, so feel free to post your session ideas too!

I'd like to deliver a session based on the book: The Shallows, what the Internet is doing to our brains, by Nicholas Carr. I thoroughly enjoyed studying the detailed timeline of the history of writing and looking at the similarities and differences across time.
Wanting to get feedback for a session idea: pulling out highlights from the book "The Shallows, What the Internet is Doing to Our Brains" by Nicholas Carr. There is an interesting timeline on the history of writing and writing for the web. Is this something folks would be interested in?

"Overall, I thought it was extremely well organized and much more professional than I expected."

"I really enjoyed the panel session (Boone/Chris/Craig) - discussing their creative process. It normalized a lot of writing for me. I also think Chris is an extraodinary instructor. The slam poetry was awesome."
